This year I made a decision to give my employees every seventh year off—PAID. For several years now, we’ve been doing what I call Small Scale Sabbaticals. It’s where I work six weeks and then I take a week off.
But it’s not just me—I also pay my employees to take off every seventh week and we’ve already been doing this for several years.
I decided in 2016 to take things to the next level.
We’re expanding sabbaticals:
All employees are paid to take off every every seventh YEAR as well!
A lot of people think that I’m crazy.
I share in this review how we’re changing the future of work.
In 30 years, EVERYONE will have sabbaticals at every company.
My goal for 2017 is to launch our Saas (CommunityTalk), launch a creative agency, and do multiple seven figures in revenue.
